Overview

Regional Sales Manager

Cresline-Northwest, LLC a privately held, leading manufacturer of plastic pipe, is seeking a regional sales manager for WA, OR, ID, MT and HI sales territories. This position is based out of the Cresline-Northwest facility in Chehalis, WA and serves the region’s plumbing, irrigation, water well, hardware, industrial and municipal wholesale distribution markets.

Job Duties

Regional Sales Manager's primary responsibilities include:

  • Management of territorial field sales & a regional customer service team
  • Developing regional and territorial sales team strategies and forecasts
  • Traveling in sales territories to support sales team
  • Managing select house accounts
  • Developing customer relationships
  • Participating in regional/national trade shows
  • Providing input on production and shipping planning

Ideal candidate should have experience in managing sales representatives.

Requirements

Regional Sales Manager candidates should possess the following skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
  • Effectively interact with individuals within and external to the company
  • Able to travel approximately 30% of the month
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications and SAP software
  • 3-5 years of sales team leadership and people management
  • 3-5 years of sales forecasting, strategy development, execution, and tracking
  • Familiarity with plastic pipe systems and applications
