Cresline Plastic Pipe Co., Inc. is seeking a highly motivated project engineer to support manufacturing operations across multiple plant locations.  This role is responsible for managing and executing projects that improve plant performance, enhance manufacturing processes, and ensure operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, execute, and manage assigned projects in support of plant performance goals.
• Define project goals, objectives, and scope.  Creating project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Lead projects related to:
• Chilled water system design and installation
• Pneumatic material convey systems
• New equipment selection, purchase, and installation
• Rebuild and upgrading existing equipment
• Collaborate with team to develop and improve manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems
• Identify and procure necessary materials, equipment, and services for project implementation
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, technical specifications, and reports
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement, and develop actionable solutions
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Willingness to travel to plant locations throughout the US for plant support and project installation

To excel as a project engineer at Cresline Plastic Pipe Co., Inc., the following qualifications are desired:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or engineering technology preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and improve manufacturing processes
• Mechanical aptitude with a hands-on approach to problem solving
• Proficiency in drawing software such as AutoCAD/Inventor
• Ability to read electrical schematics
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with engineering, production, and maintenance
• Attention to detail to ensure company compliance with industry standards and regulations
