Job Title: Sales Representative

 

Job Summary:

 

Cresline Plastic Pipe Co., Inc. is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team at our corporate office in Evansville, IN. The Sales Representative will represent the central region sales territory of KY, S. IL and Evansville, IN metro. Basic responsibilities will include establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers to achieve sales goals and drive business growth. This role requires a result oriented individual with excellent customer service, communication, negotiation, and time management skills.

Job Duties

Responsibilities:

 

  • Willingness to travel assigned territory
  • Promote and sell company products and services to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Identify and engage with prospective customers through various channels
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with existing customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Prepare sales reports to track performance and support sales team
  • Participation in regional and national trade shows

Requirements

Qualifications:

 

  • Prior experience in sales, preferably in a related industry
  • Achievement-oriented mindset with a helpful attitude
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Adept at identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
